Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. At this time you will need to complete a body profile analysis if you are having a spa service. Before your journey begins, let us relax you with a cleansing tea and the use of our inhalation sauna.

Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate a 24 hour notice for any changes that may need to be made with your schedule. Failure to cancel within 24 hour period will result in a 50% service charge. All reservations of 3 or more must be reserved with a credit card and require a 48 hour notice of cancellation.

To insure availability, we recommend that you reschedule upon departure.

Payment for Services
The Sapphire Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Sapphire Gift Cards & Certificates and Cash.
The Sapphire Salon does not accept personal checks as a form of payment.

Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be added on to any service, spa package or spa day or bridal party. Please inform us when scheduling your appointment if you would like to include a meal.

Mail Order Service
Call 570-602-7700 for our packages and gifts. We would gladly mail out a gift certificate or spa basket. A $3.00 shipping charge applies for gift card & gift certificate mailings. Shipping charge on spa baskets may vary according to size of package.

What Should I Bring to the Spa?
If your treatment service involves water therapy, a swim suit is requested. We will never compromise your modesty. Our spa therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at that time. You will be given a robe, wrap and slippers when needed during your service. For your convenience, we have lockers and blow dryers.

Health Issues for Services
We suggest you drink plenty of water before and after your spa visits. Upon arrival to the spa, you will complete a health history questionnaire to assist the spa therapist so they can plan your services accordingly.

What Should I Do With My Jewelry and Other Valuables?
We recommend that you please leave any valuable items at home or you may use one of the lockers located in our spa department.

We are committed to providing and offering exceptional customer service and quality products by our professional and expertly trained staff. If you are pleased with your treatment and service, we suggest 20% gratuity for your service provider. Gratuities should be given directly to your service proivder at the time of your service.
Gratuity will be automatically added to parties of 5 or more people.
